Jeff Creighton, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Jeff has successfully launched and managed a number of privately held and venture-backed enterprises in the education and technology sectors. Prior to EdAssist, Jeff was the Chief Business Officer for Telanetix, a publicly traded video immersion company focused on "smart classroom" technologies.

Jeff lives with his wife and three children in Olivenhain, California.


Shailu Tipparaju, Chief Technology Officer
Prior to his role as CTO at EdAssist, Shailu Tipparaju was IT Director at Affiliated Computer Services Inc., a fortune 500 company and a world leader in the Business Process and IT Outsourcing. He was recognized as the worldwide number 1 employee at ACS in 2005.

Shailu has a decade of experience in the HRO/BPO industry and is a recognized industry expert with demonstrated success in enterprise portals, business transformation and change management, learning and organization development strategy for Fortune 100 clients.

Alex Pass, Chief Operations Officer
Alex brings over 15 years experience in designing, developing and managing tuition programs. Prior to joining EdAssist, Alex developed and managed tuition programs for Motorola Inc., ACS Inc., Freescale Semiconductor and many other clients; overseeing a cumulative budget in excess of $100 million annually. Recognized as an expert in tuition administration, Alex has guided the consolidation of multiple internal tuition assistance programs and policies into a single solution for many clients. He has been interviewed for multiple publications including Businessweek Online and HR Magazine. He has also spoken at a number of conferences on the subject of streamlining the education assistance process and the Return on Expectation © related to tuition assistance.
