EdAssist provides over 15 "on-demand" reports available through MyEdAssist.com. A sampling are listed here.

The EdAssist "On Demand" reports include a comprehensive set of metrics that cater to the needs of management, operations, finance, and technical teams. When generating a report the user may select criteria such as date range, business unit, location, transaction type, transaction status, etc. The EdAssist list of reports was created after extensive research and interviews with client organizations representing HR, Finance, IT, Management, and program administrators involved in the tuition management process. A sampling of the reports available in "real time" through MyEdAssist include:
  1. Expenditure Report-Includes detailed expenditures for tuition assistance that may be segmented by degree type, school, or business unit.

  3. Transaction Activity Report-This report provides detailed transaction activity by transaction types (reimbursements, new degree plans, etc.)

  5. Provider Spend Report-This report identifies the spend by school, and provides a visual representation of the top ten schools by spend across the company's business units.

  7. Transaction Trend Report-This report identifies peaks and valleys in transaction activity over time

  9. Transaction Cycle Time Report-Provides metrics on the number of days to process each transaction type. This report may be used to audit service level agreements.

    All reports are designed to allow users to drill down to specific criteria for a more detailed analysis of the data. Reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel or PDF as needed.
