Data Interfaces Between EdAssist and Your Company

EdAssist has developed file specs to support the following file feeds between MyEdAssist.com and your internal payroll, HRIS, and Learning Management Systems:

1. Demographic Data Interface (Client to EdAssist)
   Provides information to the EdAssist system about each employee that helps us determine eligibility, policy rules that apply to them, approval authorities, cost center information, etc.
2. Payroll Interface (EdAssist to Client)
   Provides information to Payroll to appropriately post some expenses and add taxable income to the employees payroll record when appropriate.
3. Learning Management Interface (EdAssist to Client)
   Provides course information to post to employee training records for those clients that choose to do so.
