EdAssist support services include:

  1. Transaction support-EdAssist full-time personnel and independent contractors have a minimum of 3 years experience in tuition assistance administration (most staff have >5 years of tuition administration experience).
  2. Customer support-EdAssist personnel have an average of 3 years experience supporting tuition assistance employees at Fortune 100 enterprises.
  3. Technical Support-Our team has >5 years experience supporting employee self service software applications, and >2 years experience directly supporting the EdAssist software application.
