The EdAssist Software as a Service Architecture
EdAssist is built on a Software as a Service architecture which is multi-tenant, allowing EdAssist to leverage its core engine across multiple clients. Certain components of the software are configured for each client. Because of this flexible architecture, EdAssist is able to manage upgrades and enhancements to the software that are available to all clients. This is done through a managed schedule of updates and software maintenance that minimize disruption to employees.
Advantages to the clients include:
- No software to install: We host the software on our servers and provide your employees access to the software over the internet
- Automatic Updates: When EdAssist makes enhancements to the software, they are automatically available to your employees in near-real time.
