Software Pricing

EdAssist offers pricing to support full outsourcing of the tuition assistance program to EdAssist, or a Software as a Service solution for those companies who may wish to administer the program “in-house”. The following pricing reflects the Software as a Service Option.

Set Up Fees vary based upon your Organizational Needs. Select the option that best fits your situation:

Enterprise Edition ($20,000 set up; 5$ per user per month)

Enterprise Edition leverages the full suite of EdAssist features for complex organizational needs. This includes advanced customization, HRIS integration, variations in policy logic based upon business unit, program type, or other variables, and workflow capabilities required to meet the unique needs of complex organizations.

Professional Edition ($15,000 set up; 5$ per user per month)

All of the features of the enterprise edition with standard set up configuration to include corporate branding, HRIS integration, and the development of approval workflow to support a single policy instance.

EdAssist Standard Edition ($5,000 set up; 5$ per user per month)

Select from one of our standard configurations based upon existing best-practices. This Edition conforms to a standard set of policy and workflow options pre-configured. Customers of the Standard edition still experience the full power of the MyEdAssist software platform.
