EdAssist Sourcing provides a suite of tools that help employees access and assess learning opportunities that are approved for tuition assistance through EdAssist.  We provide three sourcing levels for learning providers interested in accessing prospective students through EdAssist and our supplier network:

EdAssist Accredited

It is free for learning providers to have their offerings listed through the EdAssist Directory. We do require, however, that the learning provider be accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the Council on Higher Education Accreditation, or by one of the six regional accrediting bodies.

EdAssist Approved

EdAssist Approved Providers receive prospective students through the EdAssist Directory, and are invited to participate in key online sourcing events, such as the corporate learning expos. Prospective students are sourced to you through the EdAssist sourcing platform on a cost-per-prospect basis.

EdAssist Preferred

EdAssist Preferred Providers go through a rigorous review process by EdAssist sourcing personnel. A key component of this process is the establishment of value-based pricing levels, and a direct pay relationship that favors these programs in the selection process by employees.

This section provides more information on the sourcing tools deployed through the EdAssist Sourcing Platform to assist companies and their workforce in accessing, assessing, and applying to educational institutions.

Learning Directory

Edassist provides a complete learning directory that is configurable to conform to your company's tuition assistance policy and procedures. The learning portal consists of the following features:

• Centralized database of corporate-designated learning providers
• Access to degree programs, certificate offerings and individual courses
• Employee access to academic advisors at the universities

Learning Expos

EdAssist provides highly interactive online college fairs through its sourcing platform that can be provided to employees to replace brick and mortar college fairs. Preferred and Approved educational providers are invited to participate in these fairs.

Academic Advising Center

EdAssist has built and maintains an academic advising center for employees that contains resources to help employees prepare for a return to school as a full-time employee. The EdAssist"Preferred Choice" Plan

EdAssist monitors and assesses the learning supply chain on a regular basis to find providers that we believe bring the best value to corporations in specific subject areas. Like a PPO plan in the health care industry, EdAssist has developed a packaged tuition assistance plan that we call the "Preferred Choice" plan. This packaged solution provides a number of benefits to those clients who choose it:

• Reduced administrative costs-EdAssist delivers this program to its clients at prices that are generally 20% below the administrative costs for the clients existing plan
• A managed provider network-Similar to an employer health plan, EdAssist has built an accredited education provider network that assures that employees are selecting providers that meet stringent quality and cost standards. EdAssist has over 20 years experience in working with the adult-oriented education provider community to build a broad network of education providers that consistently achieve a high level of educational quality while managing costs.
• Corporate Payback-EdAssist monitors and assesses the providers within the Preferred Network to make sure they consistently meet high standards for quality and value.
