Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) was looking for a way to better support its employees’ educational goals and to ensure that the path employees were taking was also benefiting the organization. In addition, the organization was struggling with a cumbersome manual system and realized the value in bringing greater automation and visibility to its tuition reimbursement processes.

Solution

Applying best practices gained from working with dozens of Fortune 500 companies, EdAssist restructured and automated the entire tuition assistance program in a way that connected with BCBSNC’s business goals.
